Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law – 1981 (hereinafter referred to as “the Law“), you are entitled to cancel a transaction for products purchased through the website, starting from the date of the transaction and extending for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day you receive the product or from the date you receive a document detailing the transaction, whichever occurs later.
An individual with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant (as defined in the Law), who has completed a transaction on the website, shall have the right to cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, the date of receipt of the product, or the date of receipt of the transaction document, whichever is later, provided that the transaction involved communication between the company and the customer, including through electronic communication.
Customers are entitled to cancel a transaction for products purchased via our website in accordance with the guidelines set forth below.

- Eligibility for Cancellation: If you are an individual with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant (as defined by applicable law), you have the right to cancel your transaction within four (4) months from any of the following dates: the date of the transaction, the date of receipt of the product, or the date of receipt of the transaction document, whichever is later. This extended cancellation period applies provided that the transaction included communication between the company and you, the customer.
- Method of Cancellation: You may cancel the transaction by one of the following methods:
- Submitting a return and/or cancellation request via our designated webpage (recommended for expediency).

- Sending a registered letter addressed to EMEO TEAM LTD at the following address: 3 Shvil Hatnufa St., Tel-Aviv, Israel.
In your cancellation notice, please include your name, the email address used for the order, and your order number.
- Return of Products: If you have received the product subject to cancellation, you must return it to the company using a courier service that collects the product(s) from your specified address (as arranged through our website). The return must be within Israel, excluding areas with restricted access or remote locations. For expedited processing, please return the product in its original packaging and include the order confirmation received at the time of purchase. If returning items from different orders, it is advisable to consolidate all items into a single shipment along with the relevant order confirmations.
- Cancellation Fees: The company reserves the right to impose cancellation fees in accordance with applicable regulations, which will amount to either 5% of the total transaction value or 250 NIS, whichever is lower.
- Shipping Fees: In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect, any shipping fees incurred will not be refunded.
- Terms of Cancellation: The conditions applicable to transaction cancellations will be governed by the site’s regulations. In any case of conflict between this cancellation policy and the terms outlined in the site regulations, the latter will prevail.
In all cases, the terms applicable to transaction cancellation will be as detailed in the site’s regulations. In the event of any contradiction between what is stated here and what is outlined in the site regulations, the terms outlined in the site regulations shall prevail.
