The product warranty includes all repairs due to malfunctioning of the unit, excluding physical damage for one year.

If you choose to return your Emeo within 14 days of receiving it, and it is unused and undamaged, we will give you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and any taxes which are due.

Please note that if your Respiro license has been used, we will not be able to refund you for this part of the cost.
